What Is LipoLite™?

LipoLite™ is the new evolution in how laser technology is being used to help people look and feel their best. LipoLite is often a complement to treatments such as traditional liposuction or other body contouring procedures, because LipoLite can treat smaller problem areas that traditional liposuction can’t. LipoLite is perfect for those stubborn pockets of fat that resist diet and exercise. It is an Advanced Slimming Technology for Non-invasive body contouring treatment and delivers immediate results!

How does LipoLite™ Laser Liposculpture work?

LipoLite features a tiny tube, called a “cannula,” which is inserted through a tiny incision into your skin. A precise, powerful laser beam is directed via an optical fiber through a cannula, and liquefies deposits of fat cells within the treatment area. Liquefied fat is then removed from your body using the same small incision.

Using the power of the latest LED Light Therapy, LipoLite is the natural and healthy way to inch loss on the waist, hips, thighs, upper legs and even the arms. LipoLite is a method of body contour improvement without any scarring. The whole treatment is relaxing, pain free and soothing.

Benefits of LipoLite™ Liposculpture:

LipoLite is the next generation in laser technology—a deeper, though non-surgical, fat-buster brought to you by the company behind the popular VelaShape™ treatment for body sculpting. Lipolite destroys and removes pockets of fat from very specific areas on your body, helping you achieve liposuction-like results with a less-invasive, more comfortable solution. The LipoLite procedure also leads to skin tightening (called recollagenisis) of the treatment area—a major ingredient that’s missing from traditional liposuction.

Now you can effectively treat smaller areas on the face and neck. Treat stubborn pockets of fat around the belly and back. Thighs and hips can also be shaped with Lipolite laser LipoSculpture all with less discomfort, downtime, and less risk of harmful side effects.

Is LipoLite™ painful?

Local anesthesia helps make the LipoLite procedure comfortable. After treatment, patients may experience minimal bruising, plus minor aches and pains that naturally dissipate over time. LipoLite patients typically return to work one to two days after treatment.

What happens to the fat?

Once the fat leaves the fat cells, it is transported as free fatty acids to the lymphatic system to be used as energy. Visible results appear immediately and will improve over time. In fact lots of patients describe it as “pleasurable as a hot stone wrap.”

Another benefit of LipoLite is that it can boost collagen due to heat. LipoLite in point of fact assists in sculpting the body in making the skin firm the process aids in renewed collagen to the treated area.

When can I expect to see results?

While results may sometimes be seen almost immediately, the most visible results will be reached six to eight weeks after treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

LipoLite is an FDA-Approved alternative to liposuction. LipoLite utilizes laser technology for the removal of fat and the reduction of cellulite. This treatment is used for smaller areas not typically accessible through traditional liposuction. Areas that were previously too hard to reach can now be accessed with LipoLite.
LipoLite, compared to traditional liposuction differs in the following ways:
  • aster recovery time
  • Less damage to the body
  • Reduced swelling and bruising
  • Able to reach difficult fat pockets in the stomach, upper arms, chin and hips
LipoLite works by destroying fatty tissues inside the body through a photomechanical and photo-thermal process. A small incision is made so that a cannula can be inserted into the body. A thin laser beam then targets fat that is removed through the cannula. The laser beam at 1064 nm ruptures fat cells which liquefies the fat. Fat is then removed through suction from the cannula through the same small incision. Lipolite is minimally invasive. Patients can return to their daily tasks within 2 days with results showing over the next 6-8 weeks.
LipoLite was designed to treat areas that have been traditionally difficult to treat. These areas include:
  • Face
  • Neck
  • Arms
  • Back
  • Thighs
  • Buttocks
  • Belly
LipoLite melts the fat which is liquefied through a photomechanical and photo-thermal process which causes it to liquefy and is sucked out using the cannula. Additional fat within the body is excreted naturally through the lymphatic system and exits through stool and urine.
When performing LipoLite, a local anesthetic is applied to the area treated. This helps to numb the area to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. For some patients, the administration of anesthetic may be uncomfortable and patients may experience sensations of the laser moving in the fatty tissue, but since the area is anesthetized, it is not painful.
We recommend taking the day of the procedure off and recommend that you time off the following day if you are treating larger areas of the body. We will give you a good idea of what to expect once we are able to evaluate the areas being targeted and understand what your goals are. Everyone has different levels of pain tolerance, but with LipoLite recovery is much quicker than traditional liposuction and many of our patients walk out the door without assistance after the LipoLite procedure.
